Hey Reader
June. A brand new month, this month here's the question I want you to sit with for just a moment is this;
What if the version of you who finishes this month feeling strong, clear and properly energised, started tomorrow morning?
Not with a complete lifestyle overhaul, and certainly not with a new programme or a 5am alarm.
Just with six small things, done consistently. But they do start when your alarm goes off.
I shared these on Facebook this morning and it's clear that these are simple steps so many of women needed to hear today. So I thought I'd share them with you, here they are, in your inbox, where you can actually save them and start your day the StrongHER way.
The StrongHER® Get Set Morning — your June starter kit:
1. Water first. Always. Before coffee, before you pick up your phone. A large glass of water the moment you wake up. Your body has been fasting for hours, hydration before caffeine is one of the simplest things you can do to protect your energy for the day ahead, and your skin with thank you too.
2. Ten minutes of daylight. Get outside, early. Natural light in the first part of your morning regulates your cortisol, signals your circadian rhythm, and I will not apologise for this, it genuinely makes you feel more human. Even if it's grey.
3. 25–30g of protein at breakfast. Eggs are your friend here. Protein at breakfast stabilises blood sugar, blunts the cortisol spike that peaks first thing, and gives your body the signal it's nourished and safe, rather than running on borrowed energy by 10am.
4. Walk for ten minutes after eating. Not a workout, not a power walk, just movement. It improves glucose metabolism, settles digestion, and it's also ten minutes that's entirely yours.
5. Hold off on snacking until you're genuinely hungry. Not bored hungry, not clock hungry, actually hungry. Lunchtime will come around faster than you think, and giving your digestion a proper window to work matters more than most people realise.
6. Sip water throughout the day. Don't down a litre in one go. Consistent, steady hydration. Your focus, your mood, and your energy are all running on it, and most of us are chronically underhydrated by mid-afternoon.
None of these are hard. That's the whole point.
The women I work with often come to me convinced that feeling better requires something enormous, a transformation, a sacrifice, a personality change. It doesn't.
It requires small decisions, made consistently, by a woman who has decided she's worth showing up for.
Save this email. Come back to it tomorrow morning. Start with just one.
And if you're ready to go deeper, to understand exactly what your body needs right now and build a strategy that actually fits your life, the StrongHER® FAB Method is where that work begins.
