I want to tell you something.

25 years in corporate leadership, multiple qualifications, a career I was genuinely proud of.

But, one morning I caught myself cancelling plans with a friend, again, not because I was too busy, but because I was just too knackered and stressed out to go.

No big crisis, no breakdown, just a quiet realisation that I had built a very successful life, that I was not particularly enjoying.

I had stopped noticing the small things. I was always on to the next and I had forgotten what it felt like to do something simply because it brought me joy.

That is when I found Ikigai.

The Japanese concept of reason for being, the sweet spot where what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what sustains you all meet.

Not another a goal to chase, that you'll probably never achieve. A way of living.

I went all in. NLP, Ikigai, menopause wellness, health and nutrition. I took everything I had learned and built something for the women I kept meeting who were exactly where I had been.

Brilliant, purposeful and somewhere along the way, disconnected from their own joy.

Something is coming. I think it might be exactly what you need.
