I need to tell you something that might bring you relief: You’re stronger than you think.

Harder is often the enemy after 40, high-intensity workouts spike cortisol, strict dieting slows your metabolism and pushing through exhaustion fries your nervous system.

The solution isn’t about doing MORE, it’s doing DIFFERENT.

It needs fuel, not restriction. Protein to protect your muscles, fibre to balance your hormones and blood sugar stability to even out your moods.
